HBS were appointed to waterproof an original asbestos roof that was at the end of its economic life.

With an in-situ tenant which meant roof replacement was impossible, a waterproof coating on the original roof was the only way to maintain business continuity. The scope of our work included cleaning, repairing and coating the roof with a 15 year liquid roofing system, along with waterproofing all glazing bars and coating the glass with a clear waterproofer.

The tenant now has a completely dry environment to conduct their printing business and have signed a new lease with the landlord.
