The Buckinghamshire Golf Club, located 15 miles from West London, has a rich heritage of hosting professional tournaments, including qualifying events for The Open, AIG Women’s Open and US Women’s Open, and is the headquarters of the Ladies European Tour.

We were appointed to complete the extensive external restoration works to the historic clubhouse, a landmark 17th Century, Grade 2 listed mansion. Our work formed part of a multi-million-pound renovation project, which according to our client The Arora Group, who acquired the property in 2018, will eventually create one of the finest clubs in the world.

Our works included Doff cleaning the entire building, including the roof, with extensive slate repairs completed. All wooden windows were overhauled with splice repairs and repainted. Metal downpipes and facias were also painted, while masonry restoration included structural repairs to brick window heads. A Proteus liquid roofing system was installed on top of the portico, and the various bridges that surround the property were Doff cleaned, restored, and painted. The patio also received Doff cleaning, and all metal gates were overhauled and painted.
