Roseway Labs was founded in 2018 and provides a personalised solution for patients with special medical needs or striving to obtain hard-to-find medication. The company’s goal is to bring compounded medication to a wider population with a breadth of service no other UK pharmacy offers.

HBS were appointed directly by Roseway Labs to deliver a custom-built pharmaceutical manufacturing facility at their Basildon location. As there were no third-party architects or consultants appointed, our team were involved at the early stages of the project and through close liaison with the client and our previous experience of similar projects (Celtic Bakers), we designed the complete project specification and fit out that included MEP, HVAC, fabrics, and finishes.

The design and build included the construction of welfare facilities, material storage, mezzanine floor, testing and production facilities, with the project being completed on programme and to the highest level of quality.
