HBS were contracted by Havering Council to carry out the external and internal refurbishment of the cemetery chapels.

Works included significant pointing of the lime based mortar to restore the chapels to their former glory. Several structural problems were encountered on site due to the dilapidated condition of the chapels, but thanks to our expert stone masons employed to carry out the works, the buildings should be good for the next 100 years or so!
