The client’s brief was to significantly upgrade and improve the existing spaces to improve rental returns. HBS worked with the client’s representative to provide a complete refurbishment of the building. Works included a including new roof, replacement windows, external decorations, kitchens, bathrooms, electrics, heating, and a full refurbishment of all spaces.
