A former tin factory located between London Bridge and Waterloo, the Metal Box Factory redevelopment retains its industrial features and has created a landmark destination for ambitious businesses.

HBS were appointed by long-standing client Workspace to construct the hard landscaping to the communal courtyard space. Works included the construction of minimalist planting areas, porcelain clad cantilevered benches and reflective infinity pools.
