Lowndes Court, London
HBS have recently completed the external redecoration and refurbishment of the historic Lowndes Court in London’s Knightsbridge.
Built on land owned by the Lowndes family of Chesham, the original houses were commissioned by William Lowndes and like much of Belgravia are characterised by grand terraces comprising white stucco houses.
The scope of work included redecorating the building’s exterior after the installation of an access system and easing and adjusting the windows to the building. HBS secured the contract as Dulux approved contractors, which was a client specified requirement.
The £250k project commenced in September 2019 and was completed in a 16-week programme.
Andrew Pratt, HBS Projects Director commented, “We’re delighted and very proud to have worked on this project at Lowndes Court, it’s a significant addition to our portfolio of work on iconic and historic buildings.”
