Our client, Bloom, in a joint venture with Crosstree Real Estate Partners, acquired the multi-let Fairview Business Centre in Hayes, which has undergone a major refurbishment, aimed at improving its EPC rating from D to an ambitious A+.

Our contract encompassed the comprehensive renovation of the 106,901 sq ft estate, originally built in the 1970s and 1980s. The project included upgrading the EPC rating, enhancing the overall appearance of the warehouses, and undertaking key works such as asbestos roof removal, installation of photovoltaic (PV) panels and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, refurbishment of office and warehouse spaces, and external landscaping.
