HBS were contracted by the building owner to refurbish this problematic roof that was failing due to a combination of cut edge corrosion issues and several leaks. HBS implemented a dual approach by installing a warranty-backed waterproofing system along with a cut edge corrosion solution.

The roofing system provides the client with a premium, extended 20-year warranty. HBS also provide a 10-year waterproof warranty system that can be installed for the equivalent cost of a branded cut edge corrosion alternative, that doesn’t provide the security of a waterproofing warranty.

The combination of a cut edge corrosion and waterproofing system has added significant value to this project.
