Digswell House is a Grade II listed Mansion that was erected c. 1805-7 and is situated in the Knightsfield area of Welwyn Garden City. It was a retreat for artists until 1985 when the house was sold and turned into a collection of private dwellings.

HBS were appointed to carry out the external redecoration of the building using Dulux Trade Weathershield Smooth Masonry Paint. Works also included erecting access using MEWPS and towers.

The works programme was 4 weeks.
