HBS were appointed by the Residents Association of this Crown Estate terrace to carry out the Quinquennial restoration and redecoration of the stucco render facades.

The terrace was designed by John Nash as part of his plan of 1811 to develop the Crown Estate lands as a fashionable residential area, and is named after the Prince Regent who was also Earl of Chester.

The works, which included phased external redecoration and repair works was completed on time and withing budget. HBS have a long and well-regarded reputation for undertaking works on the Crown Estate.
