HBS were employed from the outset under a partnering arrangement to design and build and produce outline plans, gain planning permissions, produce drawings and specifications for client approval and construct facility from start to finish as main contractor

Works included the construction of a mezzanine floor to carry the proposed conference suite and kitchen areas as well as the construction of ground floor offices and amenity facility all within the shell of the existing warehouse
