HBS were appointed by the Alliance House Foundation to restore part of their head office building, Alliance House in Westminster, London.

The works included the installation of access scaffolding, restoration of blown and defective brickwork due to corroded steels, and the repair of damaged steel work that was the result of water ingress from the roof. Following this HBS redecorated externally and also internally, where water had damaged some of the office areas.

Paul Whitaker who is the Alliance House Foundation Finance Director commented, “The brickwork looks a great improvement! I am happy with the flashing – anything to keep dry and reduce maintenance. From what I have seen and what Leo has reported HBS have behaved in a very professional and efficient manner.  We would be pleased to use them again.”
