HBS completed the external redecoration of 98 Portland Place, Park Crescent, near Regents Park in London. The works to the prestigious Grade I listed building, which were completed on behalf of Dendy Byrne, are owned by the Crown Estate.

The crescent consists of elegant stuccoed terraced houses designed by the architect John Nash, which form a semicircle. The crescent is part of Nash’s wider town-planning visions of Roman-inspired imperial West End approaches to Regent’s Park.
