On behalf of our valued client TACO (The Arch Company) HBS were appointed under our framework agreement to complete the refurbishment of 6 neighbouring arches including demolition and strip out, new arch infills, new services, replacement yard, arch linings, and all relevant MEP works to leave the units ready for tenant occupation.

HBS completed the project on time and budget and we are proud that TACO voted this scheme their “Project of the Month” for January 2026. the project team was Aecom and Hollis.
