Works are progressing at a rapid pace at Cathedral Hill Industrial Estate in Guildford where our redevelopment will transform the industrial estate into a state-of-the-art, carbon neutral, Breeam excellent facility.

This ambitious scheme, that we are completing on behalf of our client Savills Investment Management, provides all 13 units with enhanced thermal performance, triple-glazed windows, maximum insulation, substantial MEP upgrades, asbestos removal, solar photovoltaic panels to roofs and electric vehicle charging points. The extensive solar panel installation is complemented by a Tesla Powerwall battery installation to each unit.

The success of the project has attracted a range of new high-profile tenants, including Porsche and Topps Tiles, whose tenancy highlights their commitment to reduce their carbon footprint and the impact of their business activities on the environment.
