Works are progressing on schedule at our ‘double’ site at the Mowlem Trading Estate in Tottenham. At one location we are carrying out the £5m refurbishment of three terraces of warehouse units for landlord Diageo Pension Trust, on behalf of Savills Investment Management and Aitchison Developments.

On another part of the site we are working on the £1.5m fit-out of the recently refurbished ‘K Block’ for the new tenant, artisan bakers who supply high-end produce to discerning establishments in London and retailers such as Waitrose. The ambitious bakery is helping to transform this part of Tottenham along with the new White Hart Lane stadium which is located very close by.
