We are pleased to start the year by announcing an exciting new project appointment. Our client, Bloom, in a joint venture with Crosstree Real Estate Partners, have acquired the multi-let Fairview Business Centre in Hayes, which is set to undergo a major refurbishment, aimed at improving its EPC rating from D to an ambitious A+.

Our contract encompasses the comprehensive renovation of the 106,901 sq ft estate, originally built in the 1970s and 1980s. The project includes upgrading the EPC rating, enhancing the overall appearance of the warehouses, and undertaking key works such as asbestos roof removal, installation of photovoltaic (PV) panels and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, refurbishment of office and warehouse spaces, and external landscaping.

Work is scheduled to begin in February 2025 and will follow a 6-month programme.
