We recently had the pleasure of hosting and escorting a group of year 6 students from St Winifred’s Catholic Primary School around our construction site at Chiltonian Industrial Estate, Lewisham, where we are regenerating this 30-unit industrial estate.

It was a delight to talk to the children about the various elements of a construction project, the day-to-day activities on an industrial estate and also their own career aspirations.

Some excellent questions were asked, including: “Is it fun driving the machine that knocks the buildings down?” We all agreed the answer to that question was a resounding yes!
