The Parkhall Business Centre, formerly home to Pye Electronics, is a magnificent art deco building in Dulwich which offers a range of flexible workspaces, ideal for the thriving creative community in this part of South London.

We’ve been appointed by our long-standing client Workspace to remove and replace the existing roof with a new Proteus-Pro liquid roofing system, with a 20-year insurance backed warranty, and a Proteus designed tapered insulation system.

Additionally, the works have required the installation of a full access scaffolding system and Tin Hat temporary roof and the removal of adjacent gas supplies.

The £450k project is scheduled for a duration of 20 weeks.
