HBS have commenced work on behalf of Fabrix on the internal and external refurbishment of The Bottle Factory. The building, which is located near London’s Old Kent Road, is a 30,000 sq ft former mineral water, lemonade, and ginger beer bottling warehouse arranged over the ground and two upper floors. It was rebranded as The Bottle Factory in tribute to its 150-year history after Fabrix aquired the site and has been recently adopted into Southwark’s conservation area. The £500k project is scheduled to run for 12 weeks.
