We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed by Diageo to redevelop an area of their industrial estate at Chiltonian Industrial Estate, London SE12.

The regeneration works will include the demolition of five existing units and the construction of three new retail and light industrial units along with the associated civil engineering works and hard landscaping.

The project will be completed over two phases.
