HBS have been appointed by artisan, wholesale bakery, The Celtic Bakers for the £1.5m fit-out of their new production facility in Tottenham, North London.

The Celtic Bakers are one of London’s leading producers of lovingly hand-crafted bread, cakes and patisserie, supplying produce to discerning establishments in London, including top restaurants, hotels, delicatessens, food-halls and high-end retailers such as Waitrose.
