HBS’s work will include restoration of the stone and brickwork and cleaning of the facades using the specialist DOFF system, which will enable the safe removal of any unwanted residue. HBS will then redecorate the building.

Works will be completed during the spring and summer of 2018, on a rolling programme, which will allow for the erection and dismantling of the scaffold system ensuring there is limited inconvenience and disruption to the residents.

HBS have previously carried out all the internal refurbishment works to the building.
