HBS have recently started works at Cathedral Hill Industrial Estate in Guildford, on behalf of Diageo and Savills Investment Management. The £10m redevelopment of the existing 13 units will transform the industrial estate into a carbon neutral development, that will include enhanced thermal performance to all units, solar photovoltaic panels to roofs and electric vehicle charging points. The project is due for completion by the end of 2023.
