We’ve recently been appointed to carry out various refurbishment works to Worldwide House in Peterborough, a 164,000 sq ft purpose-built, high specification office building arranged over four floors.

The project involves external decoration utilising a Sto paint system, relining all perimeter gutters with liquid roofing, installation of architectural lighting and car park resurfacing and white lining.

The £800k project on behalf of Maya Capital is scheduled for 24 weeks.
