We are offering a three-year Management Trainee Programme, with a clear route to a senior position within our organisation, with the potential to end up on our board of Directors.

The role will be laced with incentives such as bonuses and/or share options, which will be closely linked to performance, with paths for self-growth and development along the way.

Our Programme is only open to university graduates. If your degree is not construction related then you will be asked to ascertain either a master’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Project Management as part of your employment opportunity at HBS.
